Our CNC machining and fabrication shop is capable of producing a wide range of components for customers, ensuring in-house production and quality control from ‘concept to completion’.
Our manufacturing capabilities include but are not limited to:
- CNC machining – both lathes and machining centres up to and including fourth axis
- Manual machining – both lathe and milling machines
- Fabrication – bending and MIG, TIG and SPOT welding of a wide range of materials
- Assemblies – we are able to utilise our extensive experience to include assembly work as well, so we are able to supply a complete engineering service
A reliable and extensive network of subcontractors work closely with us to supply specialised services such as surface finishing and specialised coatings, grinding, gear cutting, laser and water jet cutting, polyurethane, rubber moulding, laboratory services, specialised machining and many more.
Our design department utilizes the world’s leading 3D design and CAM packages, which enables us to take a product from concept to completion. Utilizing SOLIDWORKS, MASTERCAM and JOBSHOP our designs and processes are optimized to ensure reduced design times and ultimately, reduced costs to the customer.
Supawood and epoxy resin are used to manufacture patterns, core boxes and moulds. Some foundry patterns are easier to make on CNC machines.
Assemblies and Sub Assemblies:
Components are assembled by skilled personnel to customer requirements using appropriate error proofed jigging to ensure precision and repeatability.
