Dycer CC was founded in 1992 by Connie and John Gawler, John is an engineer by profession. This ISO9001:2008 and BBBEE accredited company has grown from strength to strength which is attributable to the teams unwavering focus to exceed customer and market needs. The time frame from concept, design, pattern making, casting, manufacture and assembly is paramount to our success. The approach is to be flexible whilst optimising resources and embracing the LEAN philosophy. Dycer is located in Waltloo, Pretoria East.

We supply parts and assemblies as well as refurbish components to peak performance. Our focus on the key drivers for success in this competent market has seen significant year-on-year growth in the company

1998 Dycer machine & fabrication shop was established

2009 Dycer was certified to ISO9001:2008
2011 Dycer established a new foundry in Silverton, Pretoria

In 2010 Dycer planned the establishment of a foundry in Silverton, Pretoria East. In 2011 the foundry was officially opened, specialising in spheroidal graphite and aluminum castings. The Dycer Foundry will further the company’s strategy to significantly increase its presence in the Southern African components manufacturing industry and will complement its existing precision machining and assembly capabilities already in operation. In the words of the MD John Gawler “our investment in the foundry demonstrates that we are continuing to live up to our commitment to the customer, to be a reliable supplier of a wide range of engineered components on an ISO9001:2008 platform”.
